Talk to your partner about what we learnt from Chapter 1.

What did we learn about Ahmet? Complete the thoughts and feelings of Ahmet after our reading of chapter 1.

Let's use these thoughts and feelings to write a short first person recount from Ahmet about his first day.

Our Focus Question this half term: Why is the Qur’an important to Muslims? 

 We are going to explore the origin and role of the Qur’an as a source of wisdom and authority for Muslims. 

First of all, let’s focus on rules and why they are important in communities.
