Dear parents/carers,

I am writing to you regarding arrangements for Eid this week.  As many of you are aware, we have arranged two INSET days Thursday 19th and Friday 20th March, to coincide with Eid, to allow families to have a time of celebration without children’s attendance being affected.  

 

On Monday 23rd March, all children may come to school in their Eid clothes or party clothes (please make sure clothes are appropriate for the weather and for playing outside in) and take part in a special activity during the day.  An Eid lunch will also be provided as part of our whole school celebration. 

If your child does not usually have a lunch and would like one, the cost will be £2.00 (paid using Parent Pay.)

Please form below by Wednesday18th March to let us know if your child does not usually have a school lunch but would like an Eid lunch on Monday. This will enable us to order the correct amount of food for lunches next week.
