Chunk 5 focusses on Suleiman’s arrival on a magic carpet.

What is the suffix in the second word in each case?

Remember -  adding the suffix -ation turns verbs into nouns.

What do you notice about the end of each root word?

When the root word ends in -ate, it is more common to use the suffix -ation when changing from a verb to a noun.

Watch how the -ate is dropped before the   -ation suffix is added.
