The Story of Rama and Sita
For Hindus, this story is very important because it teaches us how goodness is more important than evil.
Look at the characters from the story. Were they good or bad? Why?
- Rama - the main character and the eldest son of the king
- Sita - Rama's wife
- Dasaratha - the king and Rama's father
- Laksmana - Rama's brother
- Ravana - the evil king with 10 heads, 20 arms, red eyes and yellow fangs

What does the story of Rama and Sita teach us about good and evil?
In your own words try to answer the question. Remember to talk about the characters and what they show us.
Preparing for an adventure.
Adventure: an unusual and exciting or daring experience.
In your talk partners discuss and think about the different ways you can prepare for an adventure. For example you are going on your first ever holiday to Pakistan or Bangladesh. You will be flying on a plane and staying with your family for two weeks in a new country. How can you prepare yourself for this adventure?
You can make notes on your Ipad which will help you when you feedback your ideas to the rest of the class.
