What makes a food healthy or unhealthy?
Having too much unhealthy food can affect our bodies.
Unhealthy Food Detectives
Your teacher will split you into teams of 3.
Game Rounds
- Round 1: One team picks a food card from the pile without showing it to others. They give clues (like color, taste, etc.) while the other teams guess the food.
- Round 2: Once guessed, the team must decide if the food is healthy or unhealthy and place it in the correct column on the board.
If you place it correctly, you earn a point. If you place it incorrectly, we will discuss why the food is unhealthy.
