Today we are going to look at three poems and choose one to read aloud.
First, let's take a look at how we should read a poem aloud:
When looking at the poems we need to think of the following...
1. Do we like it? Why?
2. Can we learn it?
3. Can we create actions for it?
LC: To identify the human and physical features of the four capital cities of the UK.
Can you recall what is meant by ‘physical’ and ‘human’ features? Look at the image diagram below, are the buildings ‘human’ or ‘physical’ features? How do we know?

London has many landmarks which were made by humans and are therefore ‘human features’. Can you recall any?
Now you are going to search for ‘physical features’ in London.
