LC: To discuss and record ideas for planning.
Last week, we planned and wrote a narrative similar to The Enormous Crocodile. This week you are going to think of a new story.
Before we begin to write out story we need to write a plan.
We are going to focus on the first box to begin with.
First
Choose your new character by clicking on the link below:
Draw your animal in the photo frame on your plan and label it.
Next
Circle the setting that you have chosen and use expanded noun phrases to describe it.
After that...
Move on to box number two!
Think of a trick that your character can do.
Write down how your character got ready for his trick.

In this story, Rama, Sita and Hanuman represent goodness and light, whilst Ravana represents darkness and evil.
As Ravana is defeated by Rama and his army, the message is that with persistence, dedication and goodness win over bad.

LC: To create different lines and marks using a pencil.
Drawing with pencils to create different type of lines, marks.
Looking at ways to change the lines and marks by using differing pressure.



Using different mediums we can change the look of our work. The feel of our work. Changing the marks we make can create lots of interesting textures.
It can change how we see images, art and everyday objects. By the way the light changes the surfaces on objects.
