The Wind in the Willows
Exploration of the willow garden - how equipment and areas are used and looked after. Learning through play whilst building and strengthening connections with peers through play.
First Aid
Earn a first Aid Champion certificate from the British Red Cross.
Do you want to learn how to help someone in an emergency? First aid champions will teach you how to get help and what to do if someone is injured or poorly. Learn theses important skills that may help you to stay calm and help save somebody's life!
Balance Bikes
At Stoneyholme’s Balanceablity Enrichment we will learn lots of skills and take on some exciting assault courses. We will become experts on how to protect ourselves whilst out and about. I promise it will be ‘wheely’ fun!
Green Screen
A green screen is a fun way for young students to learn about visual effects and filmmaking. Using a green, students can film themselves and then digitally insert themselves into different backgrounds or scenes. This allows them to be creative and imagine themselves in all sorts of exciting places, from outer space to underwater.
Creative Crafts
Are you creative? Do you have an eye for detail? Would you like to be creative but just don’t know where to start? Well, join me in our creative crafts session to see what you can make. We’ll be learning new techniques like fringing and curling to make awesome craft creations

Listening with Lola
Come and join us for Listening with Lola. Lola has lots of fantastic and fun activities for you to do. Through these activities you will learn how to listen, recognise sounds and instruments and play lots of interesting games. Lola just loves surprises, so you never know what things she has planned for you to do in our enrichment session. So come and see what is in store with Listening with Lola.
Great British Bloomers
Gardening using the EYFS yard and the willow garden. Planting Autumnal herbs and veg alongside flowers for spring.
Sqwiggle while you wiggle
Come and join us for Squiggle while you Wiggle and have a fantastic time. It is all about big and small movement. You will learn through energetic and upbeat songs how to move your body in a variety of ways which will help you gain physical strength. It will also help with your pencil control skills as you learn to write and form letters and shapes. Squiggle while you Wiggle is also a great and simple way to exercise.

Creative activities linked to stories, using a variety of natural materials found outdoors in Autumn.
Multi-sports

Gardening
Would you like to explore the school grounds, caring for the plants, planting up the pots and the flower beds? Why not join our “Green Fingers Gardening club”? Gardening has many great physical, mental and emotional benefits for children, helping develop self-esteem levels as well as introducing sustainable living practices into their lives in a fun way. Gardening is also an amazing way to get you outdoors and to help you understand the natural world around you!
Drama – Playscripts
This amazing drama enrichment will help you get used to using play scripts! It will challenge your reading skills, listening skills, teamwork skills but most importantly, your performance skills! In the next five weeks you will become an acting superstar and be ready to perform to an audience!
Dance
Year 1 and 2, it’s your time to dance! This club is aimed at energetic and enthusiastic boys & girls who want to come together and have fun by expressing themselves through freestyle, rhythm, and street dance! Not only will you become a superstar dancer, but you will have amazing fun whilst doing so!
Sew Creative
You don't always need to buy new things - come and learn how you can make or decorate plain things for yourself or to give as a gift using recycled fabric, felt, buttons, beads, sequins, ribbon found around the home. Our focus this time will be on decorating a plain pencil case with fabric and different embroidery stitches and following a paper pattern to make a worry monster. At the end of the 5 weeks, you will get to take them home along with your sewing kit.
Junior Jam
Have you ever looked around the Studio and wondered what all those weird and wonderful instruments are? Well, if you want to find out - this is the Enrichment for you! Spend 5 weeks playing and testing out all the different instruments we have at Stoneyholme... from the Bongo Drums to the Grand Piano, and everything in-between! You will learn lots of new skills in this enrichment, why don't you come along and try it out 🙂

Orienteering
Come and unlock an active learning world! We will practise skills from different subjects whilst we are on the move. We will improve our map reading skills and work together as a team to solve lots of problems. Are you up for the job?
Apple Pupil
Year 1 and 2 - Apple iPad Skills - To build on their early digital experiences by using iPads more purposefully to support their learning across the curriculum. They develop key computing and digital literacy skills, including:
- Navigating apps and tools with increased independence
- Typing simple words and sentences using on-screen keyboards
- Taking and editing photos and videos to document their work
- Using creative apps to draw, write, and record ideas
- Practising phonics, spelling, and number facts through interactive games
- Beginning to understand online safety and using technology responsibly
Lego Engineering
Your challenge, if you choose to accept it is to gain tools and techniques to solve problems, we come across on our journey using Lego pieces. We'll build, explore and investigate. It's going to be hands on learning using our critical thinking, creativity and organisational skills. So, if you think you've got it in you come and join us in having some fun!
Nature Crafts
Come and join nature crafts. Let’s get out and enjoy the sun whilst having fun!
We will be colour hunting, making sun catches, clay impressions, nature wands and bookmarks. It’s a fun and exciting enrichments whilst learning lots of new creative skills. We will be working and exploring nature whilst being eco-friendly. Being out and about, having fun and being creative will help us relax and free out emotions. Can't wait for you to join.

Tag Rugby
Come and learn how to play Tag Ruby! It is a fun filled competitive sport that requires lots of skills. We will learn how to: pass, catch, run with the ball and attack, and defend by tagging. We will build up to small games and participate in a mini–Tag Rugby competition.
Engineering
Would you like to explore a project-based learning activity in Science, Technology, Engineering Art and Mathematics which will help extend the curriculum taught in your class? In this STEAM enrichment activity, you will learn what engineers do, build bridges and rollercoasters, marble runs and take part in paper towel challenges.
This STEAM project will enable you to gain experience that builds understanding and vocabulary, critical thinking, problem solving, communication and reflection.

Year 3 and 4, it’s your time to dance! This club is aimed at energetic and enthusiastic boys & girls who want to come together and have fun by expressing themselves through freestyle, rhythm, and street dance! Kwik Cricket
Time to get our Cricket bat and ball out. Our Cricket club provides an ideal introduction to a great team summer sport. As well as having fun and healthy exercise, children will learn the core skills, techniques, and basic knowledge of soft ball cricket, take part in mini games, and prepare for upcoming events.
Junior Jam
Have you ever wondered what all the weird and wonderful instruments are in the music room? Well now you can if you join in with Junior Jam. In this enrichment we will be playing and testing out all the different instruments from Bongo Drums to the Piano and everything in between. You will learn lots of new skills in this enrichment, so why don't you come and join us for Junior Jam and release your inner musician.
Tri-golf
Tri-Golf is a fun and energetic version of golf that is perfect for Primary Schools and young aspiring golfers as they hit targets with their first golf shots. Tri-Golf is a genuinely inclusive sport as it suits players of all abilities.
Football
Come and join Fantasy Football and become masters of dribbling, passing, shooting, attacking, and defending. You will participate in drills which include free kick and penalty shoot outs and will gain self-confidence, determination, teamwork. A Fantasy Fives Football league will also run throughout the five weeks.

Gardening enrichment incorporates lessons on topics like plant life cycles, composting, and healthy eating.
Students will have the chance to grow their own vegetables and flowering plants, which they will then use in cooking projects or take home to their families.
Sign Language
Learn a new language! BSL (British Sign Language) is a way of communicating using gestures, facial expression, and body language. Sign Language is used mainly by people who are Deaf or have hearing impairments, and their families.
It’s a fantastic new skill to learn and lots of fun too!
