LC: To develop basic strategies to manage and reframe setbacks. 

Use mark-up to complete the volcano below. Look at number 1 and write in the Volcano what makes you feel calm. Then, move on to number 2, write down in the volcano what makes you feel a little stressed. Continue to add to your volcano.

 

Now let's take a look at what you might do to calm yourself down.

I usually go out for a walk in nature and that helps to calm down. Discuss with your talk partners about what helps them calm down.

We are going to be writing our own narrative!

The character Barden will be changed. Today we will look at and choose a name for our Celtic child.
