LC: To develop basic strategies to manage and reframe setbacks.
Use mark-up to complete the volcano below. Look at number 1 and write in the Volcano what makes you feel calm. Then, move on to number 2, write down in the volcano what makes you feel a little stressed. Continue to add to your volcano.
Now let's take a look at what you might do to calm yourself down.
I usually go out for a walk in nature and that helps to calm down. Discuss with your talk partners about what helps them calm down.
