Tuesday 14th July

C: to orally rehearse a persuasive speech considering the impact of tone, intonation and volume on the listener

Look again at the introduction to the speech to accuse the witches.

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury. Our beloved King is dead. We are devastated at this crime against nature and we must find out who is responsible and punish the murderous creatures. It is not the brave and noble Macbeth as most people believe but instead the blame must lie with the three fiendish supernatural beings, three evil witches, three deadly hags who you must find guilty today.

Use this to write your own introduction.

Remember

- emotive language

- strong adjectives

- a set of 3

- repeated phrases for effect

Complete today's task on Seesaw.

LC: to use my understand of separation of materials to describe the different processes
