What colour are the leaves on the trees? Where else can you see the leaves? This is because it is now autumn which means that the leaves are brown & this means our harvest is ready to pick.
These are some of the things we might pick in our harvest, does anyone know what they are?

Christian celebrate the harvest because they believed that God created all these different things naturally and that we thank God for providing the food.
Let's think about other festivals in which people thank their God for what they receive.
Some Christians may even donate to food banks for people who do not have as much food. This how how Christians thank God for the food he provides.
This week we are using wheat collected in harvest to make bread like in the little red hen book.
