From the box of objects, can you give me 2 objects?

Lets look at our body and see what we have 2 of!

Introduce two teddy bears and encourage children to count them together, emphasising the number 2. Show the numeral 2 and discuss that it represents a quantity of two. As a class give each teddy 2 objects from the box. Choose different children to count the objects.
