Today we are going to be learning how to count to 10 properly!

Lets count these ice creams together.

Using the counting bears, teacher model incorrect counting. 

Listen to your teacher count, is she counting correctly? 

How do you know?

Remind the children the last number is the amount of objects in the set. 

To help us count correctly it is easier for us to touch and count. 

Now that we know how to count correctly, lets make a poster to help the other children to count correctly.
